The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. We booked this hotel specifically for the breakfast which ended up being a huge disappointment. They served hard boiled eggs, Texas Pete hot sauce that wasn’t red; it was brown, along with oatmeal you could not cook because there was not any hot water. The pool was completely drained along with the hot tub. Completely disappointed in this hotel

The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were fine for a short stay. The outside of the hotel was just okay—nothing impressive, but not bad either. Pool had been out of service for a long time and they didn't even have the door to the outdoor pool area locked. It was a safety hazard. Ice machines on a few floors did not work. Only one elevator was in service and it struggled to get moving. Carpeting was filthy. The location was great, for us and the staff was great. The hotel definitely needed some work!!
