I don't know where to begin. The first room was under construction. 2nd room had wet paint and a torn down wall. I knew it was an older property, but the condition of this hotel is beyond unacceptable. 3rd room seemed fine until I saw Cockroaches crawling on my suitcase. Tv didn't work. Broken lights. Backed up drain. Stained tub. Moldy smell. Screaming people half the night. Algae filled pool. I left a day early. I had no choice but to stay the first night as it was too late to change hotels. Front lobby was not manned so I couldn't report issues. No one answered the phone so I could ask for repairs or another room swap.

Hotel is severely neglected. Pool and hallways had trash in them. Room was in poor condition with marked up walls, dirty carpet, and window sills that are crumbling. Security door was broken. Elevator doors and floor are damaged. I decided to find a safer cleaner hotel after arriving.

I never received my deposit back, the hotel is very old, I felt very unsafe, unclean,unfortunately we arrived there about 12:30 am and we stayed there only for 6 hours jus waiting to the sunrise to left and move to another place. After more than 10 days I’m still waiting for my deposit.

This hotel is filty. Not dirty. Filthy. It is old, falling apart, room toilet was filled to the brim with sewage and was passed off as "just poo." The tile is broken at elevator, carpet, walls, ceiling of the entire place is just filthy. I don't think a power washing would even help them. However, the managerial staff was super in refunding me 30% of my room rate.

The staff was actually very supportive and kind. The room was disgusting though. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain, stains on the sheets and the carpet was gross. We only stayed one night of the four we had booked.

Yall charged me for an executive suite and there was no executive suite just regular rooms, on arrival there was cheerios cereal on our bathroom floor, huge hair balls in the room, elevater door would get stuck and we had to push it to close

Someone tried to break into my room. The lock on the window was a cheap plastic latch, and someone was able to slide the window open and reach in and try to unlock the door. I grabbed their arm and prevented it from happening. Called police and changed rooms.
