Amazing location and it was HUGE, wonderful surprise. Very clean, great bathroom, appreciated the full length mirror and the provided detergent with washer + dryer. Kasa is always quick to respond to any questions I have. I exclusively stay with Kasa wherever I go and this one on 2nd street is the best one here in Austin. The location was great - it was a nice part of downtown, easily walkable to restaurants, coffee, 6th Street, Lady Bird Walk/Biking trail, and the Cap Metro bike stations. The place was so spacious, perfect for our family of 4, and had a beautiful view of the city. We had a car, so we paid for the convenient parking garage. On the first floor entrance lobby, we were able to get free coffee and fill up our water bottles. We had no issues at all with checking in to the apartment, we just followed the instructions that were provided. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
