the room was nice and the staff was great. i brought my dog and as a woman, i did not feel safe walking him around the building. the homeless was the only downfall but thats everywhere in austin. they should have a pet relief area to make guests feel safer since its a very pet friendly hotel.

We were disappointed that valet was our only option for parking and it was a surprise extra cost to us. We were disappointed at the lack of privacy as well. Definitely not family friendly.
