Hotel ZaZa was a lovely surprise. I booked it as soon as I ordered passes for ACL Weekend 2. I was unaware of the amenities, other than the pool. The Magic Carpet Ride complimentary shuttle service was so delightful! My daughters and I avoided surge pricing on e-hails and our driver was so courteous. He drove us to and from a restaurant for brunch, and dropped us off twice near Zilker Park. In the evening, it was a short and easy 30 minute walk back to the hotel. There was turndown service each night, including water and a treat, from chocolates to a silky bandana to cherry sour strips. We also indulged in the Tootsie Pops in the lobby. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and it was nice to have coffee service on our floor near the elevator each morning. The pool is as gorgeous as the photo. The staff is top notch. I cannot recommend Hotel ZaZa highly enough. Book it now.

This hotel was amazing! From the check into the checkout. We came to town for a girls weekend during ACL and it had that large hotel feel but with the boutique hotel intimacy. If we needed anything, it was delivered to us right away. I used the gym, the pool, the lobby And everything was excellent. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Austin or any other city that has a hotel, Zaza! The hotel all around was so clean and all the staff was excellent. Shout out to Felisha and Mia for being particularly lovely! Also Patricia in the Upstairs restaurant by the pool was excellent!

The hotel is centrally located and you can't beat that! We booked a junior suit and were really surprised about the layout -- for such a large room, it was quite bare. not a ton of furniture and there was one armoire for clothes but no other closets. the bathroom has lights right over the sink and pin lights right above a mirror are a really bad combo! you can hardly see yourself. housekeeping was a little hit or miss - various products weren't refilled but we did get a ton of towels and that was much appreciated! it was a very spacious room and comfortable, but the design was a little strange. the pool area and restaurant / bar on 7 was great -- the staff was super lovely, the pool was nice, and there was a ton of seating around the pool area to do a little work or sit with a cocktail. outside of these few things, i enjoyed the stay and would come back.
