We had a flight out of Austin so we decided to book since it was close to the airport. As soon as we entered the hotel room smelled like mold or some strange smell. We went to dinner and did some shopping and went to sleep. My husband woke up to use the bathroom and said he killed a huge roach. Definitely won't be staying here again.

The general manager, Mr. Durham, was fully involved in customer satisfaction. This is our second time staying at the hotel, and we’ve already made reservations to return again in May.
