The staff were great courteous and worked to make the stay great. The maintenance was not. Bathroom door on my room was an external door with heavy spring loaded hinges. It was 2 inches from the top of the door frame and drug on the floor. The finishes were poorly done, tile was cut poorly and looked like amateurs did the work. Bathroom was roomy and generally nice, with a home style shower head, that was in dis repair nothing that should ever be in a motel. Summary. I would stay there again, just recognize it is sub par in construction and finishes. I am most amazed Holiday Inn has gotten that sloppy

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. No bad if sanitizer smell. Sheets were bright white. Hotel representative was so friendly and helpful ( I wish I had got her name) even working Christmas Day night didn’t change her cheerful attitude and great hospitality!! She’s a huge plus for this hotel!
