Great Hotel! Everything was packet in the city due to F1. I travel all the time for work so I usually stay at a competitor but let me tell you I was not disappointed. Beds nice, pillows nice, showers nice, staff awesome.

Ashia is a star! You are lucky to have her. She is friendly and positive. The airport driver was also great. He had been there when I checked in and was still there when I took the shuttle at 6 am. Really liked this hotel! It was smart, modern and clean - everything worked and felt very comfortable and secure. The service was good - shoutout to Emily on front desk who was kind and welcoming. Would stay here again. Great location for the airport and rideshare into downtown cost around $15.

I arrived at the front desk at 1:30 am. Had to wait at the front door for at least 20 minutes at that time of the morning for someone to take me inside, despite having made a reservation at least 5 hours prior to this. Hotel stuff was very unprofessional in handling this. They don’t seem to care about customer safety

Holiday Inn East Jail Express.

Breakfast was Good, plenty of items to chose from. However, there are no other dining options on property. It is located out of the way and no real walking options. Unless you need to visit someone in the county jail a stone throw away. The barbwire fence starts where the parking lot ends. Staff was friendly and the rooms are clean. It's a newer property and everything shows like it is.
