Do not pay at the property for this location

For the first time I chose to pay at the property through hotels.com. That was a drastic mistake. This hotel pulled out the funds for my hotels.com charge my credit card for it but when I arrive, they charge me regular room rate on top of that and they said that was their policy. I had a two room stay that was close to $400 booked through hotels.com. However, when I got there, they charge me for two more rooms at their normal rate, which was another $400. And they said that was their policy that they had to bill me for their rooms when they’ve already been paid. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Everything about our stay was great, from the desk staff to the cleanliness of the hotel and room itself. We had a very quiet stay and will definitely choose this location again. Breakfast was also very, very good with plenty of options.

It was well taken care of and the staff was so helpful. Only complaint was the bathroom showers are older and wallpaper needs help. But will definitely stay there again!
