The one elevator situation and the $60 paid parking per night is the reason I’m rating this neutral. $30-$40 would seem more reasonable. Walls were also a little thin in the bathroom. I slept in on breakfast days so I can’t comment. Otherwise, it is centrally located to both East and West Downtowntown Austin. I was able to walk to venues. It was clean. Reservations, check in and check out went smooth.

Advertised as having a “breakfast buffet” but there wasn’t one. Just a restaurant where you can order/pay for breakfast. Generic bottles of water were $7. Parking overnight $68. Will never book again.

The hotel doesn’t have parking. We have no choice to pay $60 valet parking overnight a day it’s an acceptable and he was not mention on the description when I made my reservation with Expedia then the elevators do not work correctly. Take forever I believe they have four elevators only one is working. It’s unacceptable for this kind of hotel

We were required to use the hotel’s valet parking which was $60 per night, totaling up to more than our entire reservation. We were not made aware of this caveat before hand. The hotel staff were nice, but there was solely one elevator working during our stay. Making our wait times for the elevator exceptionally long. Finally the hotel’s breakfast was not open for several days, with no prior warning. Our rooms were clean and well kept, it was just the general management and infrastructure of the hotel that irritated us.

The hotel is very nice and is located within a walkable distance of the main attractions in downtown. The hotel parking is so expensive that I could not use it. Sadly, we couldn't have our breakfast as promised because the chef was off. In general, the staff was very welcoming and nice.
