This unique home is just 2.5 miles from Lake Travis, 35 minutes from Downtown Austin, & a quick car ride away from all the attractions the area has to offer. Explore Volente Beach, Cedar Park Center, UT Football, Historic 6th ST, Q2 Stadium, Zilker Park, & many more!

This beautiful, secluded treehouse offers natural beauty and a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy your cup of morning coffee on the large wraparound deck as you soak in country hillside views, complete with stunning sunrises & sunsets!

Located within 780 acres of bird sanctuary, including the famous Baker sanctuary, Our property is clearly marked to ensure that our guests respectfully stay within our property lines and not infringe on the sanctuary itself.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

•Master Bedroom (Main Floor): King bed with private en suite bathroom
•Second Bedroom (Main Floor): Queen bed with guest bath nearby
•Third-Floor Bedroom: Full-size bunk bed, full-size daybed with twin trundle, and half bath — a fun hideaway for kids or extra guests

All beds feature plush memory foam mattresses and soft linens for a peaceful night’s rest.

KITCHEN & DINING:

The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with premium appliances and all the essentials for family meals or group gatherings. Bake, air fry, or blend something special — the space is made for sharing good food and laughter.

DOG-FRIENDLY STAY:

Bring your furry companions! Up to 3 dogs are welcome (pet fee applies).

HOUSE RULES — Hillside Glass House

We’re so happy to host you! Please take a moment to review these important details to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

GUEST COUNT
Your reservation must reflect the total number of guests, including visitors.
Rates are based on occupancy and strictly enforced.
Extra guests beyond your booking will incur a $50 per guest, per day fee.

DOGS
We love welcoming furry friends, but please help us keep the home fresh for everyone.

•Up to 3 dogs allowed (house-trained & 1 year or older).
•$150 pet fee covers up to 3 dogs. (Weekly and Monthly stays are subject to additional pet fees)
•Dogs must stay within property boundaries and be crated if left alone.
•No dogs on furniture or bedding, please.
•If a pet has an accident on rugs or curtains, or any furniture, guests will be responsible for cleaning or replacement costs.
•Please be sure to clean up after your dogs so everyone can enjoy the property. A bucket & shovel on the carport are provided for your convenience.

CHILDREN
Families are welcome!
Due to floating stairs, an open deck, and concrete areas, responsible supervision is required.
Recommended for ages 5 and up for safety.

DECORATIONS & ACTIVITIES
To keep the property and landscape in great condition:
No silly string, confetti, glitter, or chalk is permitted anywhere on the property.
An extra cleaning fee will apply if these materials are used.

SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited inside the home and throughout the property, except in the carport.
Buckets are provided in the carport for safe disposal.
A $50 fine per cigarette butt found outside the designated area will apply.

TRASH & WILDLIFE
Please take all trash and recycling to the bins at the end of the driveway.
Avoid leaving food or waste outside — we share the area with friendly wildlife.

WATER & SEPTIC
The home runs on well water and septic with a water softener.
Please use water thoughtfully and avoid flushing anything but toilet paper.
Dispose of wipes, paper towels, and hygiene products in the trash.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Available upon request, subject to availability.
$50 fee for up to 2 hours early or late.
Unauthorized early/late stays will incur an additional fee.

DURING YOUR STAY
The property is surrounded by nature — please keep doors closed to help keep the indoors cozy and critter-free.
Please turn off outdoor lighting by midnight.
