This was clean and technically accurate to the listing, but this was not a comfortable place. Clearly designed to be a professional short term rental, as evidenced by the three framed signs hanging in the dining room with the WiFi password and encouraging you to give online reviews. The easy chairs in the living room were extremely uncomfortable/thin cushions. The area rugs in the living room and bedrooms were very thin and not comfy to sit on. Lots of hard surfaces, and old cabinets painted in white. All in all it was a very sterile environment without a lot of natural light, and blaring white bulbs in light fixtures (when the bulbs were working). If you’ve stayed in a place that was previously someone’s home or that was thoughtfully furnished from a perspective of comfort, just know that this won’t be that kind of experience. Huge gaps below bedroom doors mean that you can hear across the whole unit and combined with the hard surfaces just made it loud. The beds were comfortable, I will say that, and the kitchen was decently equipped but not amazing. The outdoor furniture won’t pull up under the outdoor table and the chairs are angled weirdly that you can’t even sit out there with your laptop. This will be a clean place, but one that’s designed to churn groups through, be quickly cleaned with lots of hard surfaces, and then be turned around again. Felt like an old apartment recently painted and with new floors.
