I always stay at a Hampton Inn. The locations are good, depending on the time of the year, the prices are great. I usually eat late and I help myself to fruit and toast. But there is a wonderful continental breakfast served daily.

The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and gracious in our last-minute booking of their conference room for a family get-together, after our original plans fell through. It was a busy weekend for the hotel, but they still went out of their way to provide us with outstanding service.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. My rate was unexpectedly changed from $120 to $250 without any prior notice or email notification. Had I been informed, I would have cancelled my reservation, as this increase was not within my budget. Unfortunately, this unexpected change had a negative impact on what was meant to be an enjoyable Texas football weekend trip. I hope this issue is addressed so that future guests are treated with transparency and fairness.

I will never stay here again. The AC was not cooling properly and the bedsheets did not smell too clean. I went down and asked for new sheets to be brought up. They never were and when I returned to my room early evening the manager was gonna end there was no way to get sheets. The AC was the tipping point though . I shouldn’t be waking up sweaty because the ac shuts off every few minutes. Staff was very rude.we went down for breakfast and then our keycard wasn’t working. Staff down there was adamant that we show an id to get the key working again. Of course we stated we came down for breakfast and our belongings were in the room. He made us feel like we shouldn’t be asking but he would do us a big favor of making our key work again. Overall the experience was not good. Rude staff. No housekeeping anywhere to be found.no fresh towels or sheets provided. Broken AC
