This hotel is perfect in everyway except its neighborhood which looks like a ghetto. Graffiti on businesses, sitting right next to a railroad track on a road that looks like an alley, and not being to clearly identify in the dark upon our arrival did not make a great first impression. HOWEVER, the staff and facilities are lovely, inviting, clean, and the breakfast is amazing. It was quiet, despite being next to the tracks. I was completely blown away with the entire staff. They went out of their way to accommodate my husband who has walking difficulties who had a scooter. The room was perfect with his handicaps. I recommend the hotel to buy some property next to it to eliminate the initial bad impression. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was very clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was okay, could use just a little more variety. Seems like we had the same thing everyday expect for meat choice. We enjoyed staying there and will be back

What a great launch pad when flying out of ABIA! We decided to stay at a convenient hotel to fly out the following morning on a ridiculously early red-eye flight. You know…the one you book when you’re ambitious and trying to save money, but you later regret? Well..anyway…this hotel is adorable! Totally Austin! Cleverly decorated to reflect all things Austin-unique, clean, safe and offering all the conveniences. Great stay! This will be our spot the next time I book that crazy-early vacation flight!

The hotel and amenities are new and in good condition. What made it a 5-star stay was the staff. Not you're usual hotel customer service, multiple members were very warm in personality, and accommodating.

I love everything about this hotel. It was clean, well maintained almost like new everything works perfectly, comfortable beds and pillows, awesome customer service. The housekeeping lady was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good just need a little more options.
