I love staying at the Drury when I annually go to the conference for women. The staff was friendly and even allowed me to move my check out time to 12pm for free, he advised that a later check out would be $30, still very reasonable if I needed that option. I was in a two double bed suite, the room was spacious and clean. It had a sink and refrigerator in the wet bar. The couch did pull out but I I didn’t need that. The bathroom was clean and I had enough towels for two people. (Theres no exhaust fan so showers can get steamy) and the water didn’t get as hot as I would like but it was warm enough to shower. The main reason I stay here is because they feed you weekdays from 5:30-7 (the kickback) the food isn’t gourmet but it’s very good considering it’s free. Where other hotels are cutting back and giving less and less the breakfast was hot with eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, fruits, pastries, sodas and juices. The kickback is 5:30-7 and they offered grilled chicken, pasta, Alfredo sauce, hot dogs, nachos and baked potatoes.

We really found the property clean, comfortable and relaxing. The happy hour was nice, as well as the breakfast. The room was comfortable and quiet. We had a nice stay, would definitely consider this location for the next visit to Austin.

The quietness and safeness of this hotel really appealed to myself and my daughter. We enjoyed being able to come back late in the evening knowing it would be safe to park and enter even though it was after midnight.

Good hotel in a great location for both downtown and the airport. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and the free breakfast and happy hour snacks and drinks were all good. Comfortable and spacious rooms with everything you need in them. Only downside was a fairly noisy a/c unit as instead of being on low all the time - it kicks in every time the temperature goes 1 degrees above your desired setting

A hotel very much in need of tender, loving, care. Rooms are quite dark and dilapidated and the windows need cleaning. The pictures on Expedia do not represent the actual hotel and its current conditions. Very expensive for what it offered. On a plus side two very good restaurants within walking distance and the gentleman on the front desk was friendly and helpful.

First fridge in my room did not work at all. Next one they brought froze all my food. Getting a new one brought took asking 5 different staff 5 times. They did eventually comp me the night which I appreciate but better that the problem not occur or that the fix it the first time I asked. This property is dated. My window had so much moisture trapped in it that it was not possible to see through it. The dust behind the fridge that did not work was astounding.
