The double queen beds were smaller than standard queen size—closer to full size—and very uncomfortable. Our rooms had a strong odor of dog urine, especially when the A/C wasn’t running. I also noticed what appeared to be black mold around the vent on our wall.
The feather pillows did not smell clean; several had a rotten, trash-like odor. While eating in the room, we noticed gnats flying around and getting into our food. Housekeeping removed our used towels but failed to replace them.
The parking situation was also inconvenient. The garage had very low clearance, and we were told our truck might not fit. We were instructed to park in the gated oversized lot, but it was locked early each night. Anytime we wanted to leave, we had to wait for staff to unlock it for us.
We had to call the front desk multiple times during our stay.
Overall, this was a terrible and frustrating stay. Despite reaching out multiple times, management has yet to respond. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel.
