First apartment provided had big holes in the walls and bugs pouring out of the kitchen wall. No response from owner until customer service got involved. Was not clean and was not properly stocked with even basic kitchen equipment such as a toaster, towels and utensils. Could not get a response from the host without involving customer service. Mid way through rental someone else had the door code and tried to come in. That person was redirected to another location but had our door code and which did not change over 24 hours so basically our place was unlocked to a stranger for all that time. Overall building was very, very dirty and does not represent the type of unit in the pictures. This host should not be allowed as he often took a day to respond if at all. I strongly suggest that any rental has a list of required supplies the owner must provide. This was a 2 month rental, we had 2 bath towels, 1 set of sheets, no cleaning supplies. Floors were not clean and after multiple requests no broom or vacuum ever provided.
