I stayed from 11/28 to 12/3. We did not consume anything in the room yet I was charged $100 on 12/4. When I called the hotel, the clerk was not interested to hear me out. I sent them an email on 12/5. It is12/10 and I have not heard back from them. Will not stay here again!
