Was clean. Staff was nice. There was Starbucks! Only issue was the bed was terribly uncomfortable. That’s not something anyone did wrong though. Probably normal wear and tear. Would stay again but I’ll bring a mattress topper

Room was very nice, friendly staff, safety 👌. A big plus is the vent fan in the bathroom to keep the steam away while showering. The only negative is no coffee in the lobby 24/7. Had to pay for the restaurant starbucks for $7.98. Room coffee without cream wasnt very good. Next stay, I'll bring own coffee and creamer.

The room was spotless and the staff courteous. My only issue is that I booked the room for five people but breakfast was only for two and I had to pay for other three. If I had known this at the time of booking I would have chosen a hotel with breakfast included for all.
