Wonderfully located for restaurants and events, the hotel was extremely clean, quiet, and great staff. Bathroom was clean and classy and decor was modern and tasteful. Bed was a little harder than I was used to, but for most people it probably would have been perfect. There was a restaurant and Starbucks on the premise, but since I was visiting family, I didn't get to check that out. Next door is large construction, but this didn't create any noise...as soon as it's finished, some of the adjoining streets will reopen for easier access. I felt this hotel was great value and top notch.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. We did not receive any service to the room and I wasn’t sure why as we did not leave anything on the door knob. The parking was terribly expensive however it is valet which is good for that area. And breakfast is $22. The area is just unsafe. It’s worse than the last time I went to Austin. The hotel just happens to be located there. All other parking places were just as expensive. 55-60 a day.
