Hello, I am a sub-landlord looking to occupy this beautiful unit. Very spacious apartment with about 1300 sq. ft. Living room has a very high ceiling which gives you that homie vibe. Stainless steel appliance are included. This home is fully furnished free janitorial services included. Internet, smart hubs, are all included within unit. Free Parking. Renting half of the unit. Quiet and peaceful all year round. Surveillance camera is on property. There are walking trails and recreational parks all around if interested in taking a hike or a jog. Banks, parks, gas stations, restaurants, multi-billion dollar companies (Samsung, Dell), and food stores (H.E.B.) are all walking/biking distances from here. You can also find comedy, country dancing (Dallas and Wild west) around town as well. Downtown is a quick 15-20min. drive, but with that being said you could also find lots of things to do within the NE part of Austin (The Domain). You can noche attractions such as SXSW, Formula 1, Lake Travis, Austin City Limits (ACL), Bats at the congress bridge, Lady bird lake, Austin Lake, LBJ Library, Mt. Bonell park.
