The neighborhood is reasonably conducive to walking; many day-to-day needs can be carried out on foot, and there are also a fair number of businesses close by. The bike is a good mode of transportation in this area. Moving around by car is straightforward in this neighborhood. It is a reasonably short drive to the nearest highway and finding a place to park is quite easy.

• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

• Please note that firewood is not provided for the outdoor fire pit but you may bring your own.

• Please note the oven is currently out of order, so it won’t be available during your stay. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we get it fixed.





Swimming Pool:

• Our maintenance team comes by every Monday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.

• Hot tub: we require 48 hours of advance notice for heating



Pet Friendly:

• A pet fee of $50/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.
