Our Tiny Home is in the tranquil Village Farm Community on Austin`s east side. Residents have access to the community style pool, picnic and BBQ areas, gardens, and the farm.

The 400sf home was carefully planned for comfort and style. In addition to the comfortable front porch, the WIFI equipped house has an airy living area with pull-out couch, breakfast table, full kitchen, laundry, and television. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and the upstairs loft has a king bed.
~ Absolutely no smoking.
~ No loud music, events, parties, or large gatherings.
~ Quiet time is between 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
~ Max occupancy is 4 guests. Do not exceed max occupancy at anytime.
~ No pets allowed.
