House was very nice and well kept. Plenty of room/spacious. I liked how cabinets in kitchen were labeled so it was easy to find items. Would stay again if I plan another trip to the area.

Outstanding!

Very clean and well appointment house. Nice neighboorhood and within a short drive of shopping and restaurants. Ample space for 8+ guests. We had just 4 and had more than enough room. Great location 15 - 20 minute drive to all of the Austin locations. We will stay here again!

The house had all that we needed. The beds were comfortable, the seating downstairs was great. There were snacks ready for us when we arrived. We didn’t have to complete a checklist before we left, (we tidied up anyway because we wanted to) The earplugs were helpful as it is near the freeway. The response time from Sylvia was excellent. We had a good time as a small group of friends.

A sweet retreat!

A large group of long time friends called this house a home for the weekend. There was plenty of space for all of us and the owners put in a great deal of effort and care to make us feelwelcome for the weekend. Towels and linens were all lovely, and the owner made extra efforts to supply us with many convenient staples and provisions for our stay. It was a lovely visit and if we find ourselves in the area again we will absolutely seek this house out. Thank you!

Baby shower

Although the baby shower was not held at the location, the family that visited from out of town we stayed the house was exceptional clean accessible to both shopping and restaurants nice seating everything was as it showed on the Verbo website. My husband and I was able to relax because I didn’t have to worry about towels clean sheets clean bath even snacks for the kids was available. The street had a little noise from the freeway but they also had earplugs to counteract that . We really enjoyed our stay, I would stay again the price was very reasonable the host was there for any questions that I might have had, it was amazing! If I could give 10’s I would!

Beautiful and so spacious!

This property was soo beautiful and spacious! Everything was very clean and there were enough toiletries for everyone in the house for both nights. It was a very short drive to the UT footballl stadium where we went on Saturday. Silvia answered questions that we had very quickly. 10/10 stay and will definitely be back!
