Another Great Stay

When I visit Austin, this has become my go to hotel. Always consistent with great customer service and a decent breakfast. Centrally located and close to downtown and Round Rock area.

I booked this room for my son who is few days younger than 21. Apparently I was unaware of the funny policy that persons younger than 21 needs to be accompanied by an older adult for check-in. This was not communicated properly and he ran to issues during check-in.

Austin/ concert

This hotel was centrally located for the things we needed to do i in Austin. Close to good restaurants, the Moody Center for a concert and some light shopping. The staff was very courteous and the hotel was very clean. Will definitely come again when in this area!

Far and above the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at. Easy location to get in and out. The maid staff did an excellent job cleaning the room and making the beds. I would choose rhis property again, in a heart beat.
