The space
Relax in style in a modern 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom, fully-stocked, 3rd floor condo, with nearby elevator access.
This unit is fully stocked with everything you need for fun weekend, including towels, linens, coffee, two TVs with Amazon Fire-Stick, and free high-speed internet. Unwind in peace, in the comfortable bedroom suite featuring a queen bed, walk-in closet, TV, and full bathroom.
The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests (max occupancy is 4 occupants, including infants & children-no exceptions).

This unit faces the inside courtyard (no patio). However, the resort-style complex has 360 views of the lake and rolling hill country for you to enjoy. Although pets are not allowed, we do not recommend this unit for guests that are allergic to animals. Fun is always at your fingertips, including board games, books, tennis rackets, and more for enjoyment inside-and-out. There are two coin-operated laundry areas for guests to use (no washer/dryer available in-unit). $1.75 wash $1.50 dry. Only quarters no quarter machines.

Swim, fish, hike, feed the deer (a/k/a Island locals), or just relax and enjoy the lake views. For guests looking for the full spa experience, you can book an appointment at the onsite spa & salon (hours of operation may vary). There are several local recreational vendors that offer jet ski, boat, and kayak rentals.

Guests are required to follow Condo Association rules while on the premises.

Common areas are monitored regularly and our Community Association is very strict in enforcing safety rules.

Guest access
Access to the Island is through a gated entrance. Guests will receive a temporary code for gate access. Reservation includes (1) designated garage parking space. Condo access available via elevator and stairs
Other things to note
The town of Lago Vista is 15 minutes away, with a few restaurants, including: Sonic, Dominos Pizza, JJ's BBQ, Wok-n-Roll, Dee Dees, Copperhead Grill. Also close by is the Grille at Highland Lakes.
"Pronto" is a delivery service in the area, and they can pick up your order from any of these restaurants. Another favorite on the lake is Gnarly Gar.
