ARRIVE is our go-to Austin hotel! Love the texting system to communicate with the friendly staff quickly. On our most recent trip, one of the room's AC was out, but the staff apologized, speedily relocated our party, and comped our parking. My second stay at Arrive, but won’t be my last. Great night of sleep on a very comfortable bed and soft, not squishy, pillows! My room was clean and much quieter this time. It’s a perfect location near the park with several restaurants and bars around. I do miss the kaftan robes and the granola at check-in.
