Big open layout when you enter. The fireplace is the central focus. Kitchen just off the great room. Vaulted A Frame ceiling that you would expect with the original cedar shake ceiling. Skylights, huge window expanse front and rear. Large deck off back alongside a bubbling spring creek and raging when it downpours. Walk outside with your towel and be at the rear entrance to Austin's Barton Springs pool in about 3 minutes. Or stroll down the trail to Zilker Park while taking in Barton Creek downstream from Barton Springs. GREAT LOCATION FOR ACL FESTIVAL AND F1 COTA RACE!
