Enjoy quaint Old Town Georgetown and nearby local upscale shopping and dining. A splash pad and small neighborhood parks are within walking distance for your children's entertainment. Visit students at Southwestern University or step-out for an evening to partake in its nationally acclaimed fine arts events or NCAA Division III athletics. This 1,300 sq. ft. home allows ample space to entertain family/friends, hang-out, BBQ and have fun in the front or backyards. If you want to BBQ, there's a concrete pad equipped with 2 BBQ pits (wood/charcoal and propane), complete with all the needed fire-starting, cooking utensils and outdoor dining ware.
