Shared ski and bike room, laundry room (shared washing machine and dryer). 1 private parking space in front of the house. It is in a quiet residential area on the edge of the village that you will find the house that houses the Soldanelle, a large, comfortably furnished studio. 100 meters from the shops, it offers a large, nicely landscaped garden equipped for children. The shuttle at the foot of the house takes you to the start of the downhill and cross-country ski slopes. In summer, a trampoline, swing, cabin, barbecue and bread oven are installed in the garden. Large studio ideally located, both set back and in the immediate vicinity of the heart of the village. Large shared and landscaped garden, room for skis and bikes, and parking in front of the house.
