Little gem of a hotel

This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend.

Nous avons eu une chambre handicapé, alors que nous n'étions pas handicapé. Chambre épurée, sans table de nuit, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons été réveillé à 7h37 par la débroussailleuse des jardiniers juste à côté de notre chambre. Nous ne recommanderons pas cet établissement. Déçu par "CAMPANIL"

Séjour très convenable en ce qui concerne la literie, le parking, et la salle de petit déjeuner ainsi que personnel qui s en occupe. Par contre, prendre le petit déjeuner obligatoirement avant 9 heures pour des gens qui voyagent et veulent prendre leur temps, c est très pénible. Par ailleurs le reproche principal concerne la salle de bain complètement obsolète, équipements cassés ou mal en point, moisissures au tour de baignoire, plafonds cloqués, tachés, mieux vaut ne pas lever les yeux. A signaler également le sol de la chambre qui a besoin d un sacré décrapage. Points positifs, ouverture electronique facile et fiable , volet roulant apprécié pour l'obscurité, endroit calme, les extérieurs sont agréables. Enfin dernière remarque, la mise à jour des chaînes de télévision n a pas été effectuée. Le changement des chaînes a été effective le 6 juin 2025, cela fera bientôt un an .

Impossible de dormir à cause du bruit généré par les occupants du local privé situé au dessous de la chambre 48 . Bruit qui a duré de 9h du soir à 6 h du matin. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel malgré une réservation pour la nuit du 23 au 24 juin 2026.
