Welcome to the Residenz am Pferdemarkt vacation rental! This modern and comfortable apartment features a spacious living room with a cozy dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a generous-sized bed, and a luxurious bathroom with a large shower. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 to ensure you have a pleasant stay. An elevator is also available to make your stay as convenient as possible. The apartment is located just a two-minute walk from downtown Aurich. Cafés, restaurants, shopping, and attractions are all within easy walking distance—ideal for anyone who wants to stay centrally located while enjoying Aurich’s relaxed atmosphere. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable bike storage room. (Bicycles can be taken down to the basement via the building’s elevator)

Sehr schöne Wohnung, Lage verkehrsgünstig

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Bei den Betten ist vielleicht noch etwas Luft nach oben. Sehr nah an der Innenstadt, diese ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Leider auch nah an einer großen Kreuzung, mit offenem Fenster kann man dort nicht schlafen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

Tolle, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einem großen Wohn- und Gewerbekomplex. Komplett neu renoviert mit vielen liebevollen Details. Die Lage ist äußerst Zentral in Aurich. Vorteil: man ist nach zwei Minuten in der Innenstadt, Nachteil ist die auch Nachts laute Straße. Wir können Sie dennoch wärmstens empfehlen.
