De passage pour une nuit

Nous occupions la chambre 02 qui est en plein soleil et il faisait une chaleur pas possible Ă  l’intĂ©rieur Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Il aurait suffit que le volet soit fermĂ© depuis le matin pour que la tempĂ©rature soit correcte. Difficile de laisser ouverte la fenĂȘtre car cette chambre est au rez de chaussĂ©e. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de climatisation, la nuit fut trop chaude mĂȘme en ouvrant le soir avant de s’endormir.

Service deplorable

Impossible de joindre la rĂ©ception par tĂ©lĂ©phone. ArrivĂ©e Ă  23h00 personne Ă  l’accueil alors qu’il est annoncĂ© 24/24. Aucun service de la part d hĂŽtel.com pour trouver une alternative. Finalement un client nous a ouvert, nous avons trouve l employĂ© dans la cuisine qui ne s est mĂȘme pas excusĂ©. Le lendemain pas de cafĂ© dans la chambre la clĂ© ÂŽ est plus activĂ©e et les serviettes ne sont pas changĂ©es Et en discutant avec le personnel de l’hĂŽtel, pas de reconnaissance de nĂ©gligence simplement la banalisation de c est un oubli.
