This beautiful property is located in the National Hills subdivision - 1 mile from Augusta National. With 5 bedrooms & 3 baths there is plenty of room for your group. New kitchen and bedroom furniture was added in 2019. There is also a new gas grill with extra propane on hand. The bonus of this house is the hot tub located under the main floor deck. There is easy access to the back yard through either of the decks. There is a 55" Smart TV in family room & TV's in all bedrooms.

The main floor features a large living room with 55” LED TV and fireplace. The large eat-in kitchen is stocked with snacks, beer and liquor. The kitchen leads to a covered deck with ceiling fans and new gas grill with plenty of comfortable seating.

The main floor has 2 bedrooms (one is the master) and 1 shared bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and sitting area. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. Upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a shared bathroom. The basement is currently being renovated and will have a king bed, pull out sofa, TV, bathroom, and full kitchen. Pictures will be uploaded as soon as the project is completed.
