Large back patio with grill and 2 fire pits. 2 car garage and 1/2 acre of land. Would be perfect for hosting!

Rough

The exterior of the property is in awful shape. Grass hasn't been mowed in months. Debris all over the yard. We had to clean the interior of the house.
