There's a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the other. The well equipped kitchen has been updated to include new appliances. The highlight of the home is the fenced back patio/garden. The home is located close to shopping and restaurants and is less than 5 miles to downtown Augusta and the medical district. Pets welcome with $40 fee per pet.

This was my second time staying here and I will always choose this property when I’m in the area. It is super clean, modern, and in a quiet location that is close to everything. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked and they even left me a bag of ice. The host is very friendly and great with communication. Highly recommend!

Great spot, convenient to the course and accessible to local amenities. We got there 50 minutes early and they wouldn't let us in until the exact time which was slightly annoying but not unusual. Very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again next year.

This is one of the nicest properties I have stayed in. The host is super friendly and was excellent with communication. The location can be a little tricky to find but once you locate it you will appreciate how it is tucked away but very convenient to many areas of interest. I was visiting someone in the hospital and it is an easy drive to the Medical Center. I would suggest if going that way to just take Milledge to Walton as it is a nicer drive. The property was clean, very quiet at night, and nicely furnished. No complaints at all! I would stay here again without hesitation.
