Bathroom was dirty, lights were either out or not in, shower was leaking, tv remote did not work even after I reported it. Food was horrible both days. Had to post a $100 refundable cleaning fee for a room that was not even clean and not on the site. Had a hard time reaching front desk even at checkout. Just a terrible experience

Staff was never at the front desk. We were unable to check in until 4:30 when check in was at 3 and even then the room lacked a bar of soap for the sink and the towels and bathroom was dirty and full of hair. We went to breakfast at 8 am Saturday morning and they had run out of milk and had no more. Unacceptable.

Room was reported for bodily fluids smeared across bathroom walls, every mirror being dirty. The breakfast over the full weekend got consistently worse, asking staff was always met with sorry not available. Simple request such as cereal without milk, batter for the waffles, bread for toast even emptied trash cans were pointless. Have stayed with dozens of Comfort suites across the country and this facility is definitely one of the biggest disappointments.

Room was cleaned well and staff was very pleasant. I was solo and I could tell it was family friendly because I heard kids at the pool. Seems like the place provides “housing” and didn’t seem to be a problem other than people hanging around out front smoking. Bed was comfortable. Internet was spotty. I would stay here again if it is just me.
