Unwind in Augusta at this delightful house. With 4 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 2 full beds, this cozy retreat offers a comfortable stay for guests. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers. Relax in the living room with a sofa bed for additional space. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
House has been totally remodeled. There is new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sheetrock, flooring, etc. We remodeled this house for our family to live in, but we have not moved in yet, so you are getting it in freshly remodeled condition. There is a 65 in TV in the living room and a 65 in TV in both master suites.
There is a small cottage in the back yard which is occupied by a family friend. By no means will this have anything to do with occupying the main house. We just want to disclose this.
No pets.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
