I stay here a lot, and IT IS A GOOD PROPERTY! But one reason you stay here is the hot breakfast. This morning the breakfast lady didn't come, and there was no breakfast at all. The front desk guy could get to and dragged out cereals and breads, but he couldn't even get to the milk (in locked cabinet) and there were no eggs. I can't have breads due to a dietary restriction, so I couldn't have the breads. I was so disappointed that there were no eggs. The desk staff was shocked the breakfast lady didn't come today. I'm sorry the staff didn't call the breakfast lady or the manager. And oddly, for the first time ever, we heard highway noises, which we have never heard before in many nights staying here. I easily drowned the noises out by putting the fan on high. DESPITE those unexpected issues, I'll say that this is typically an EXCELLENT property. It just had one bad day.

Upon arrival, I noticed several concerns that made the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable: • The coffee maker had visible mold inside. • Dirty towels were found underneath the air conditioner. • The room had a strong, unpleasant odor. • The window seal showed signs of mildew. • There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. • The nightstand and headboard were dusty. Also when I complained about it the front desk they gave me the emails to 3 resources, I emailed all 3 with the pictures and they failed to respond, this place sucked..at least for me.
