This house is centrally located, only minutes to downtown Augusta and walking distance to neighborhood restaurants. The home features 10 foot ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Downstairs, there is a large galley kitchen, dining room, living area, half bath and fourth bedroom. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and two full baths. There are 4 beds available (1 king, 1 queen and 2 full). The front porch provides lounge furniture and a wonderful view of the landscaped front yard.
