This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is less than 5 miles from all of the major Hospitals in Augusta, and only 7-9 minutes away from the Medical district. Very quiet neighborhood, safe and great for work and families with or without children. Close to many restaurants, and downtown Augusta.

The home boast a spacious fully fenced in backyard, primary bedroom on the main level with a full bath, large walk in closet, and two more large bedrooms upstairs that also have large walk in closets, and a shared bathroom. It has an eat in kitchen, formal dining room, large family room that opens onto a rear screened in porch. The house is fully furnished, newly renovated, very clean with all of the amenities of home.
