Villa des Platanes - Audenge

Located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, in the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, our cottage enjoys an ideal setting in the town of Audenge, approximately thirty kilometers from Arcachon. You'll benefit from the proximity of the Audenge town center, with shops, restaurants, and other amenities less than a kilometer away. You can also explore the Domaine de Certes et Graveyron, a protected natural area spanning over 500 hectares. Adjoining our home and not overlooked, the cottage is housed in a characterful house that has been completely renovated to offer you every modern comfort. It features a large enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table. The interior consists of a large, bright living room on the ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a TV lounge, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (one 140x190 bed and two 160x200 beds), a mezzanine with a reading corner and desk, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with underfloor heating. For a peaceful stay, sheets, towels, table linen, cleaning, and heating are included in the price. Gas for cooking (if the hob uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, electricity, heating and end-of-stay cleaning
