Great location and comfortable. A little stressful in trying to confirm access through lockbox without a live person on site. No hot water was a problem.

The apartment is situated at Waiheke island resort, but privately owned. The pros are that the apartment is very well equipped, lots of kitchen utensils, parasol, barbecue etc and is very cozy and nicely decorated. The cons are that it’s not serviced until you leave and that you have to pay 10 dollars to get access to the pool. We are nevertheless very satisfied with our stay. Palm beach is in our opinion the nicest beach on the island, it’s quiet but still only 7-8 minutes by car to Oneroa where there are a lot of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend to book.
