The Villa was in an awesome location - walking distance to the heart of Ponsonby with its shops and restaurants. Even though it was winter and a bit cold and wet outside the villa was warm and cozy. Kitchen amenities very good but do plan for no microwave - or at least we couldn't find one. Nice flat access and great indoor-outdoor flow from both levels. Very nice hosts - easy to chat with. Would stay again!
