Was a cosy little room, it was clean an well presented, the sign in Wi-Fi was a bonus the view from the balcony was cool, we didn't really need the staff help as it was one night only. Another bonus was the shuttle Soho Hotel had provided to get us fans to and from Metallica at Eden Park, it was loud and packed with fans. I will keep Soho Hotel in my address book for future reference. Thank you very much 👍

Room was not very clean. Terrible stains on the carpet. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels. Area around the hotel is quite rough looking. Room looked well used . The food in the restaurant was nice but had limited options. Staff were lovely. Has the potential to be great, but was just somehow missing.

I had a great experience. The room was extremely clean and tidy, which made the stay feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I booked the spa suite, and it was everything I hoped for very intimate, private, and perfect for relaxing. The suite was also surprisingly spacious, giving plenty of room to unwind without feeling crowded. highly recommend and will return again.
