The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge connect through large bi-fold doors to the outdoor deck, keeping the whole home centred around shared meals, quiet mornings, and slow afternoons in the sun.
The gourmet kitchen is well equipped for entertaining, with a large dining table that comfortably seats ten. Outdoor dining and lounge areas sit beneath the covered deck, alongside both indoor and outdoor fireplaces that make the home enjoyable year-round.
A private Nikau glade leads directly to Palm Beach, a calm, sheltered swimming spot ideal for families. The surrounding gardens and established greenery keep the property peaceful and private while still close to everything.
