pool wasn't heated but was nice and long. The staff missed cleaning our room so we had to go out to get towels. Didn't like the hyper modern black design as the room felt like a cave and you could see anything, especially the light switches.and the lighting designwas very poor and glaring. High quality at a great price

Easily the best experience we've had in a hotel. The ataff were amazing, our room was continually being cleaned and serviced, even twice a day (we came back one night to the bed remade and chocolates on the pillows). Outstanding quality of room, fascilities and extras in the bathroom. Highly recommend staying here!
