Room was clean and had amenities like a dishwasher and washer and dryer which I didn't expect. Bed was comfortable with nice crisp sheets. The location close to the Sky Tower was excellent. But the main reason I gave it a top rating is the customer service and kindness I received from Ryan! Thanks again for all the help you gave me, way beyond what I would have expected.

The one bedroom suite was very clean. The view from the balcony was great. Could do better with toileteries ( there was the strict minimum) and you have to go to the reception to get dishwashing liquid ... The front desk staff was pleasant .

Yes, nice, clean and efficient. It would have been nice to have been given a map of area, (which I had to ask if they had one)and clear instructions on how to get electrical to work and the correct parking spot number.

Good location. Clean. In room laundry was a bonus but bring your own coffee press unless you like instant. Just a short walk for groceries and many restaurant/cafe/pub eateries. We would stay here again.

Room was good but disappointed that the front desk was only open from 8AM to 7PM. This sounds like the hours of a mom and pop hotel, not a Ramada. Plus, the check-in was quite confusing even with a person at the desk. The parking situation was even more confusing. We left for dinner when there was no one at the desk and got stuck for a while trying to get out of the parking garage. It did not automatically open. My wife got out of the car and finally pressed some buttons on the switchboxes on the wall and it finally opened. It did work properly the next morning when we left. I think overall instructions on how things work there should be better explained or at least have a person available at the desk.
