Good amenities and clean room. Regretfully no hair dryer in bathroom and it took a while before one was provided. Handy location within walking distance to shopping mall and eateries. Onsite parking is also an advantage.

Compared to all other receptions in New Zealand, Ramada has worst reception. Not welcoming at all. Will never book again. They claim King Bed in all room but we had only Queen bed. How i know,? I am 183cm. So i know exactly which one is king bed.

Had an issue with the original room. Very hospitable front desk agent was helpful and changed the room with an upgrade. The room was very clean and in good condition. Great option to stay reasonably close to the airport. Would stay again.

Clean hotel. Basic 3 star accommodation but has everything needed for a quick overnight stop. Comfy bed. Note that rooms aren’t serviced daily. Also air duct system is very noisy.
