1/5 – Unsanitary Rooms and Poor Management This was the worst hotel I have ever booked through Expedia, particularly in terms of cleanliness and management. Despite the hotel being barely two years old, the room was in terrible condition. The bedsheets had visible bodily hair and dirt, the carpet was stained, and the kitchen accessories were covered in layers of grime. The room was clearly not cleaned to basic hospitality standards. I left the room immediately due to these unsanitary conditions. There was no manager on duty at the time of check-in, even though it was during regular hours, and communication among the staff was poor. When I requested to cancel the reservation, the front desk manager was unable to resolve the issue. This property should not be listed on Expedia and does not meet acceptable cleanliness or management standards.

Reception was closed when I got there (30 mins before the email said it would). It took me over an hour to get into the room. When I got into the room it was not cleaned and there was a surprise in the toilet. I tried calling to get it resolved and no one would answer.
